What is the minimum order to get the best price?

Your order minimum is based on the total pounds of coffee in your cart. Your cart will show a 15% discount if you add at least 20 pounds (four 5-pound bags) and a 30% discount if you add at least 40 pounds (eight 5-pound bags).

Can I mix & match coffees to meet the minimums for discounts?

You bet. You can choose from any 5-pound bag coffee to meet the minimums.

Do I need to apply or set up a wholesale account to start ordering?

Nope. You're welcome to stop by whenever you need coffee.

Do you need my resellers certificate?

If you're in one of the few states that charges sales tax on food and you'd like to not pay sales tax, contact us with your resale certificate before you purchase. It may take a day or two to review that so get it to us ASAP. Sales tax cannot be refunded.

Where is this coffee roasted?

Your coffee is roasted in the USDA-certified production roastery at Mill City Roasters in Minneapolis MN.

How is my coffee shipped?

Your coffee is heat-sealed in 5-pound vented, kraft bags and boxed up to eight bags per box (40 pound maximum).

You can choose UPS Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day Air at checkout. Just a hint - the most economical way to purchase coffee is to buy it in 40 pound increments and have it shipped via UPS Ground.

Your orders are insured to the point of delivery. Any damage or theft after delivery is not covered by our insurance, sorry.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be roasted, packaged and readied for shipment.

If you are purchasing several hundred pounds at a time, we may need an extra day or two and we might also want to ship via freight shipping. Contact us.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, orders can be picked up at the roastery in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Contact us for details.
